Straight Jean
The straight jean goes straight from the knee down making the width over the thighs determining if its a casual or more sophisticated style. Swensk stocks; Loose, Regular or Slim. Loose fit: More width for thighs going straight all the way down to the ankles. Gives a more casual look and more roomy feel. Regular: The normal straight leg. Slimmer than the loose fit and wider then the slim cut. Slim Cut: Drain-pipe or cigarette fit. Slim fit is still straight from the knees down. Depending on the wide of the calves it could be similar to a v-shaped skinny cut. V-shaped Jean
The V-shaped jean has the shape of a carrot. The cut reminds more of how the legs actually are formed making the jean more like a second skin. Swensk stocks; Drop crotch , Carrot Top or Skinny Cut. Drop Crotch Cut: Making your bum end a little bit higher then your knees are. Baggy on top and slim straight leg on the bottom. Carrot Top: The waist is regular giving more room for the bum, straight cut on top and slim straight leg on the bottom. Skinny Fit: Second skin, tight fitting jeans that taper completely from waist to the bottom of the leg.
